Spray Painted Divider and Railing Panel System

This is the finish driven variant of our decorative mesh range. The weave is deliberately restrained so the colour carries the design: a rectangular diamond aperture at 15 x 30 mm gives a fine graphic texture when coated in a dark RAL tone, and the 1.8 mm wire keeps the panel visually light on a balcony that already has a solid parapet.

Coating process and what it means on site

Panels are degreased, chromate-free pre-treated and then spray painted in two coats to 60 to 80 micron. The coated face leaves our line with a removable protective film, so the panel can be installed after the render, tiling and scaffold works are finished. Touch-up paint in the same batch colour is supplied with each crate.

Colour matching to the facade palette

Any RAL or NCS reference can be matched, and we keep a colour card on file per project so that repeat orders in later phases come out of the same batch. For projects where the mesh sits directly next to powder coated aluminum window frames, we can also run the panels on powder coating instead of wet spray so the sheen matches the frames exactly.

Railing and ceiling use in one panel

The 40 x 40 mm frame carries both duties: it is stiff enough to act as railing infill in the lower zone and it can be hung from a ceiling track in the upper zone. Where the same elevation changes from railing to ceiling divider, the frame profile continues without a break, which avoids the usual visual step between two different systems.

Corrosion performance

500 hours of neutral salt spray on the coated panel. For coastal sites within 1 km of the shoreline we recommend upgrading to a PVDF system and stainless fixings; this is quoted as an option rather than a hidden extra.

Order Notes

Colour approval is done on a 200 x 200 mm coated sample before production. Project quantities below 8 panels are handled as sample orders so the colour can be verified on site first.
