A flat woven decorative wire mesh developed for interior ceiling dividers and balcony screening, where the panel has to hang between structural beams and read as a light architectural layer rather than a solid wall. The crimped flat weave keeps the aperture square and stable so the panel does not sag across a 2400 mm span.

Divider geometry that follows your opening

Panels are produced to the measured opening rather than to a fixed catalogue size. We accept width from 300 mm to 2000 mm and height up to 3500 mm, and we keep a 15 mm tolerance band on the frame so the panel drops into the ceiling track without site cutting. Single openings wider than 2000 mm are split into equal modules with a 10 mm shadow gap between them.

Weave and aperture behaviour

The flat woven crimped construction locks each wire at the crossing point. Because the wires are pre-crimped, the 20 x 20 mm aperture stays square under its own weight, which is the main reason this pattern is preferred over plain woven mesh for vertical hanging panels. Visible surface is smooth on both faces, so the panel reads cleanly from the balcony side and from the interior side.

Frame and fixing detail

The standard frame is a 25 x 25 mm aluminum tube welded at the corners and powder-primed at the weld points. Fixings are concealed behind the frame rebate, and the ceiling U-track is slotted so the panel can be levelled after hanging. Wall brackets are supplied loose for masonry, concrete or steel stud substrates.
