Anti Corrosion Stainless Steel Chain Link Belt for Chemical and Washing Lines

Made of SS304 or 316, non-toxic and food-safe. Widely used in fermentation, cooling, freezing, and baking for pizzas, dumplings, bread, etc., performing well in both freezing and baking lines. Also available in carbon steel, galvanized steel, or heat-resistant alloys for pharmaceutical, glassware, and metal heat-treatment applications.

A rod reinforced chain link belt designed for wet, acidic and alkaline environments where plain carbon steel belts fail within months. Hot dip galvanizing plus optional passivation gives a continuous zinc barrier across every wire and joint.

Corrosion protection built into the wire

Process	What it does
Hot dip galvanizing	Zinc layer 60-90 g/m2 on wire and rod, protects cut ends
Acid pickling and passivation	Removes free iron, restores the chromium oxide layer on stainless grades
Edge welding	Seals the link ends so wash water cannot wick into the joint

Chain link construction

Each spiral is linked by straight rods with formed heads, then joined to side chains that carry the tension. The result is a belt that tracks straight under side load and can be repaired link by link on site.
