Custom Wire Diameter and Width Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Conveyor Belt

This stainless steel wire mesh conveyor belt is built to order: you specify the wire diameter and the belt width, and we weave the belt in AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel with a balanced double rod weave. The result is a belt that fits your line exactly in opening, airflow and mechanical strength, without the compromises of a stock size.

Customization Options

Wire Diameter: choose from 1.0 mm to 4.0 mm to tune strength, mesh opening and belt weight.
Belt Width: customized from 300 mm up to 3000 mm to match your conveyor frame.
Weave and Pitch: spiral pitch 6 / 8 / 10 mm and cross rod spacing 25.4 / 50.8 mm.
Edge Type: reinforced knuckled edge for stable tracking.
