Introduction

Flat flex conveyor belts are used in many industries. The belts have a lightweight single-layer construction and are positively driven by sprockets. Flat flex conveyor belts are made of stainless steel wire of spring wire. Wire diameters vary from 0.8 to 3.0 mm. Pitches from 4 mm until 2000 mm, and belt widths from 10 mm until 3 meters, also we can make all the (non-standard) dimensions too.

The flat flex conveyor belts have an open structure (70 – 86 % open) and are frequently used in cooling, baking, drying, heating, decorating, battering and packing machines for light products. The flat flex conveyor belts can be made for straight conveyors and for curve conveyors.

Edge Availability

Flat flex conveyor belts are available in three edge Loop Types.
1. With a C-shaped Edge, reduce the ratio of catching and tangling by the belt edge.
2. With a Single Loop Edge, the most popular wire mesh belt edge finish. It is available for wire diameter 1.27 mm or above
3. With a Double Loop Edge, supplied for enrober belts.
