Polyester Screen Printing Mesh is widely used in textile printing, T-shirt printing, ceramic printing, glass printing and PCB printing industry.

• 20-40 mesh: Best for glitter inks requiring very open mesh
• 60 mesh: Ideal for smaller glitter and most shimmer inks
• 80 mesh: Excellent for thick ink layers and foil adhesive
• 110 mesh: Perfect for white and thick inks in spot color printing
• 120 mesh: Most common size for white and thick viscosity inks
• 155 mesh: Great for general purpose textile printing
• 200 mesh: Excellent for detailed prints with thinner ink layers
• 230 mesh: Superior for high-end fine detail and halftone printing
• 280-305 mesh: Best for extremely high detail with thin ink layers
