PP extruder screen mesh, also named plastic extruder filter screen, is woven from high-purity polypropylene monofilament into uniform mesh sheets or cut discs. It is specially matched for plastic extrusion machines, injection molding equipment and melt filtration systems. During plastic melting extrusion, this mesh filters out impurities, gel particles, carbon residues and foreign contaminants in molten PP, PE, PVC and other plastic raw materials to guarantee finished plastic product smoothness. Custom mesh count, thickness, round/rectangle cut sizes and multi-layer composite packs are available for single-screw and twin-screw extruders

Material Performance

  1. Made of food-grade pure PP polypropylene, excellent acid, alkali and chemical corrosion resistance, no reaction with plastic melt.
  2. Good heat resistance, stable working temperature up to 100-120℃, no softening, deformation or toxic precipitation under normal extrusion temperature.
  3. Low melt adhesion, easy to clean residual plastic after use, reusable after simple washing.
  4. Non-toxic, odorless, compliant with food contact plastic production standards.
