Auto screen belts is woven from high-tensile strength stainless steel wire,in reversible dutch twill pattern and finished in ribbon/belt form with a standard roll length of 10meters.So this filter screen is called with belt filter screen or screen filter belt for screen changer or auto screen belts.

Appplications of ss 304 or 201 extruder screen wire mesh for plastic recycle :

mainly used in filtering of plastic wire drawing bench,wire drawing machine,coating machine,such as plastic bags,plastic film and so on.

Reverse Dutch weave wire cloth is woven using two sizes of wire. Smaller wires are used in the warp direction and are woven with a larger shute wire. The smaller wires are woven tightly together, providing a tight mesh for filtering. The larger wire provides strength to the mesh. The primary uses of this wire cloth are filtration and separation of liquid and slurry products.
